HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are ordinarily dispatched within 7 business day dependent on warehouse volumes and may, in some cases, take up to 5 days to ship. The time your order takes to reach you depends upon the shipping method you select

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Standard Mail Delivery (AusPost) Registered 1-6 working days.

Express Post (AusPost) Registered next working day (within network)

 

REST OF WORLD

International Air Mail (AusPost) Registered 5-20 working day.

All overseas orders are sent by international airmail. Tracking information may be available.

Once your order arrives in your country, it is passed to your postal service, which will deliver it to you in keeping with their standard working practices. Efficiency varies depending on the destination country - sometimes delivery can be very quick, sometimes less so.

International Customs can also hold up a package, sometimes for no apparent reason, and in these cases there's not a lot we can do to speed things up.
